SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS
Our engineers use strain gauges and dynamic data acquisition devices (DH3702, DH3816N) to calibrate and validate FEM (Finite-Element-Method) structural models. The validated models, in their turn, allow for a range of assessments, including the structural soundness and expected residual life. It is also used to determine whether a certain structural element complies with the design standards FEM and Chinese GB 3811. This class of engineering surveys applies to girders, legs, booms, gantry bogies and gearboxes of cranes (STS, RTG, RMG and MHC), as well as to stackers (EHS and RS) and, lastly, to overhead bridge cranes.
